In actual use, many interfaces cannot be contacted, such as: corrosion of measuring equipment products (acid, alkali) ), where there is pollution to the measuring equipment (sewage), or the substance that produces adherents on the measuring device (magnetic flap level gauge adhesive), because the ultrasonic level gauge measurement technology is based on the non-contact ultrasonic principle, Therefore, the ultrasonic level gauge is suitable for liquids and material level positions that cannot be physically contacted.
The ultrasonic level gauge is installed vertically on the surface of the liquid. It sends an ultrasonic pulse to the liquid surface. After a period of time, the sensor of the ultrasonic level gauge float level gauge receives the signal reflected from the liquid surface, and the signal passes through the transmitter circuit. The selection and processing of the ultrasonic level gauge is based on the time difference between the ultrasonic level gauge sending and receiving the ultrasonic wave, and the distance between the liquid level and the sensor is calculated. Generally speaking, the causes of maglev sinking failure are as follows:
The maglev will leak out after corrosion. The maglev is an important part of the magnetic flap level gauge. If it is not handled properly, its anti-corrosion effect is poor, and it cannot resist the corrosion of strong corrosive liquids, which will cause the maglev to leak out due to corrosion. If the liquid level gauge leaks, the leaked maglev will no longer change with the rise and fall of the liquid level, and the magnetic flap type liquid level gauge cannot observe the precise value of the maglev.
The magnetic float is stuck. If there are too many impurities in the medium measured by the magnetic flap level gauge and it is not cleaned for a long time, the magnetic float may become stuck, or the impurities may adhere too much, causing remote transmission. The magnetic float level gauge is too dense and sinks. This is also a common failure of the magnetic flap level gauge. The solution is to clean up the impurities in the magnetic float and float regularly.
Of course, the magnetic float is stuck, and there is another situation that the original float is damaged or demagnetized. When the anticorrosive magnetic flap level gauge is replaced, it is caused by the mismatch between the selected float and the inner diameter of the float. Generally speaking, the magnetic flip The inner diameter of the plate level gauge float is larger than the outer diameter of the float. If the gap between the replaced maglev and the float is too small, after a period of time, many impurities adhere to it, and it is easy to jam. Therefore, when replacing the maglev At the time, be sure to confirm the inner diameter specifications of the existing floats, and select the appropriate size of the maglev.
