1. Check whether the power supply system is normal

2. Check whether the communication equipment is normal

If the communication equipment is found to be abnormal, the mobile phone software can be adjusted according to the installed radar detection, the configuration statistics data of the radar detection can be loaded, and the condition of the radar detection sensor of the monitor can be monitored. The key to check is that the radar detection sensor can accurately distinguish the difference between the reflected surface echo and the false echo, and whether the compressive strength of the reflected surface wave exceeds the predetermined specification. If the detection is not difficult, other electronic components must be checked , If it is found that the communication module of the radar level gauge is damaged, the components must be replaced according to the situation to ensure that the communication of the radar level gauge is normal. In the daily maintenance work, the relevant staff should also improve the inspection of the communication status of the radar level gauge, be able to use the radar to detect and adjust the mobile phone software to connect the power cord, and use the controller to perform maintenance on the communication equipment of the radar level gauge. .

 

3. Application temperature

If you want the radar level gauge to measure normally and accurately, you should ensure that the internal temperature of the radar level gauge is less than 60°C. Under normal circumstances, radar level gauges are used to accurately measure high temperature media. Therefore, the housing of the radar level gauge is made of raw materials with extremely high temperature resistance. Therefore, under normal conditions, the inside of the radar level gauge is not easy to exceed 60°C. If the internal electronic components exceed this standard value, Do not use cold water to carry out desuperheating water cooling. Cold water is not easy to have the effect of desuperheating water cooling, so that it will paralyze the radar level gauge. A small amount of wind can be blown into the radar detection meter with a copper pipe, and scientific research can reduce the internal temperature of the radar level gauge.

 

4. The displayed information value is not accurate

The inaccuracy of the displayed information value is a common problem in radar level gauges. The cause of the inaccurate displayed information value will be a problem with the original set saturation, or the software connection of the display information control module is incorrect. Workers should minimize this problem. If they find that the displayed information value is not visible, they should check the original settings of the radar level gauge and check that the connection of the display information control module software is normal. If the display information is normal, it is necessary to deeply check whether the output current of the radar level gauge is normal. If the output current exceeds 26 mA, it can be distinguished that the display information control module of the radar level gauge has appeared. If it fails, immediate replacement must be carried out. If the output current is less than 3.6 mA, it can be distinguished that the electronic device control module of the radar level gauge has a common fault, and the electronic device control module of the radar level gauge must be disassembled immediately.

 

Common reasons for abnormal signal of level gauge:

 

1. Celestial body, sky and electricity interference

First, what is celestial interference? Celestial bodies refer to the sun or other stars. Therefore, celestial interference refers to the electromagnetic waves emitted by them that interfere with the signal sent by the radar level gauge. Everyone is very unfamiliar with Tiandian. The so-called Tiandian usually refers to the interference of electromagnetic waves generated by the atmosphere, thunder and lightning, or natural phenomena such as volcanoes and earthquakes on the radar level gauge signal.

 

2. Mechanical interference

The so-called mechanical interference refers to the large-scale vibration or impact of the external machine that affects the radar level gauge, causing some internal components of the radar level gauge to also vibrate or even shift or deform, and it may also cause the gauge head pointer to loosen and cause errors in the measurement. For this situation, we usually add partitions, shock-absorbing springs, etc. to alleviate the impact.

 

3. Humidity interference

 

When the humidity rises, it will cause the resistance of the insulator to decrease, the dielectric permittivity of the dielectric to increase, the frame is bulky, and the resistance increases, which in turn will cause an increase in leakage current, an increase in capacitance, and a change in inductors. In addition, the gum will become soft, and the measurement accuracy will also decrease.
